As we continue to grow, we’re always looking to identify talented individuals to join our team. **Candidate must be located in Joinville, Santa Catarina** We are looking for a talented, communicative, and highly driven Senior Account Executive to join our team at  Syndigo . In this role,  you’ll serve as a trusted partner to our clients—managing relationships, driving consultative sales, resolving issues, and supporting questions throughout the customer lifecycle. HOW WE’LL BE WINNING TOGETHER DAY TO DAY Manage the full consultative sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.   Actively  identify and engage potential customers to build a strong pipeline.   Lead regular meetings with suppliers and clients to introduce  new solutions and strengthen relationships.   C onduct  timely and  accurate follow‑ups based on sales funnel stages. Prepare, present, and deliver high‑quality commercial proposals.   Negotiate pricing and commercial terms to successfully close opportunities.   Maintain an organized schedule and ensure all lead/client information is accurately updated in the CRM.   Lead retention discussions and negotiate solutions with suppliers at risk of  churn .   Participate in onsite client visits as needed.   Represent  Syndigo at trade shows, fairs, and other industry events.   Identify opportunities to improve internal processes, product offerings, or customer experience.   WE SHOULD TALK IF THIS SOUNDS LIKE YOU 4+ years of relevant experience   Bachelor’s degree   Advanced English and Brazilian Portuguese  proficiency   Proven experience in commercial sales roles   Excellent verbal and written communication skills   Strong technical  proficiency  (Microsoft 365)  E ffective problem-solving, planning, and  organization abilities Diversity, Equity & Inclusion To achieve the best version of our organization, we know it takes new ideas, new approaches, new perspectives and new ways of thinking.
