Job Title : Finance Manager / Director

Location : Manaus, Brazil

【Position Overview】

As the financial leader of the Brazil subsidiary, oversee end-to-end finance operations with strict local compliance, serve as the critical liaison between HQ and local teams to drive growth through budgeting and cash flow optimization, and lead the local finance team to execute strategic goals in a complex tax landscape.

【Job Responsibilities】

Financial Control : Oversee daily accounting operations (AP/AR, payroll, tax filings) in compliance with Brazilian GAAP and IFRS; manage month-end closing, annual audits, and statutory filings (e.g., SPED ECF/ECD), coordinating with External Audit and Group Audit.

Budget & Forecasting : Lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting for the Brazil entity, analyzing variances and advising cost optimization.

Cash Flow & Treasury : Optimize cash flow, manage FX exposure, and coordinate with HQ on funding strategies.

Tax & Compliance : Adhere to Brazilian tax regulations (e.g., ICMS, ISS, PIS/COFINS), ensure access to tax benefits of the Manaus Free Trade Zone (MFTZ), monitor tax reform updates, and mitigate risks with external advisors.

Team Leadership : Mentor local finance team (Accountants/Analysts) and foster cross-department collaboration.

Stakeholder Engagement : Serve as the primary finance liaison for HQ and local management, providing data-driven insights.

【Qualifications】

Education : Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or related fields.

Experience : 8+ years of finance/accounting experience, including at least 3 years as a Finance Manager in Brazil.

Language Proficiency : Fluent English and Portuguese;

Professional Skills : Expertise in Brazilian tax laws, SPED tax system, SAP, and Office suite.

Others : Familiarity with tax incentives for companies in the Manaus Free Trade Zone.
