We are seeking a passionate Junior Talent Acquisition Analyst to identify and attract top talent to our team. This professional will be responsible for conducting recruitment and interview processes, ensuring the best experience for both candidates and hiring managers. We are looking for someone who is able to quickly adapt to a dynamic and ever changing environment.

What you will be doing:

  • Conduct end-to-end hiring processes - from resume screening to final offer.
  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and define candidate profiles.
  • Utilize various recruitment sources and tools to attract qualified candidates.
  • Conduct candidate interviews and assessments, guaranteeing cinsistency in the evaluation criterias.
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the entire process.
  • Update and maintain recruitment activity reports.
  • Participate in projects related to various subjects within the People department.

What you´ll need to succeed in this role:

  • Fluent English (spoken and written) is essential.
  • +2 years of experience in talent acquisition.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking System) for recruitment.
  • Knowledge of recruitment techniques and tools.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility and ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities at once.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Results-oriented attitude.
  • Proactive and able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective work relationships.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.

Differentials:

  • Previous experience in tech companies or startups.
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies.
  • Experience in recruiting technical and/or executive profiles.
  • Certifications in human resources or recruitment
