Position Overview We are looking for a talented and driven Civil Engineer to join our high-end residential design team in Florida (USA). This is a unique opportunity to work in an international environment, collaborating closely with architects, engineers, and local consultants to bring exceptional homes to life in some of Florida’s most prestigious neighborhoods. The professional will be responsible for supporting the technical development, 3D modeling, and coordination of all project disciplines, ensuring that every solution aligns with the defined scope, quality standards, and local building codes. We seek someone with strong analytical skills, solid technical background, and a construction-oriented mindset, capable of anticipating design conflicts, proposing smart solutions, and contributing to the excellence of our residential projects. Main responsibilities Review and coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) plans. Develop and/or review the 3D modeling of complementary disciplines, ensuring proper coordination and clash detection across all systems. Ensure full alignment and compatibility between all design disciplines throughout the project lifecycle. Follow up on outstanding items with external designers, engineers, and suppliers. Provide technical guidance to the architectural team during project development. Support the construction team with technical input during field execution. Assist in technical decisions related to finishes, materials, and equipment. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. Advanced English. Experience in development and coordination of construction projects. Solid knowledge of applicable codes and technical standards. Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and proactivity. Experience with high-end residential projects and grading projects would be an advantage.
