💻 O seu papel será:

  • Gerenciar a disponibilidade e a confiabilidade dos sistemas
  • Otimizar o desempenho do sistema
  • Dimensionar sistemas para atender à demanda
  • Monitorar e alertar sobre problemas do sistema
  • Prestar suporte junto ao cliente para operação Rappi
  • Atuar como defensor técnico do projeto Rappi
  • Propor e implementar melhorias contínuas durante toda a alocação
  • Manter contato recorrente com o cliente para garantir satisfação e alinhamento dos serviços

💼 Para participar desse processo seletivo, você precisa ter:

  • Graduação completa em Ciências da Computação, Sistemas de Informação, Ciências e Tecnologia, Tecnólogo na área de Tecnologia ou áreas afins;
  • Experiência com Arquitetura AWS
  • Experiência com serviços de alta disponibilidade
  • Experiência com estratégias de recuperação de desastres
  • Experiência com serviços de monitoramento da AWS
  • Experiência com ferramentas de alerta
  • Técnicas de monitoramento
  • Conhecimento em serviços de escalabilidade
  • Técnicas de escalabilidade, EC2, ECS, balanceamento de carga, Cloudfront S3, AWS elasticcache (Redis), SQS, Active MQ, scripts Python, Ansible, Networking, Bash, terraform ou qualquer IAC
  • Inglês ou Espanhol para se comunicar diretamente com a Rappi.
