We are looking for "Eng Software Pl / Software Engineer Mid-Level "Hybrid in Sao Paulo (Tamboré neighborhood) who wants to learn and transform his career. In this role you will: (responsibilities) Must Have: 3+ years of experience in Software Engineering and systems development required Solid experience in back-end development Proficiency in a programming language (any, but Java Scrit, React, and React Native are recommended) Note: Java, Kotlin, or Groovy are a plus Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases. Knowledge of CI/CD practices and versioning (Git) Experience in cloud environments, preferably Azure Good understanding of distributed architectures, microservices, and REST APIs Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and maintain high-performance backend APIs and microservices Implement scalable cloud solutions, with a focus on Azure (IaaS, PaaS, Functions, Kubernetes, etc.) Ensure best practices in security, code quality, and monitoring Collaborate with product, frontend, and mobile teams (deliver end-to-end solutions) Participate in the full development cycle: conception, design, implementation, automated testing, and deployment Good to Have: Experience with containers (Docker, Kubernetes) Knowledge of messaging (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.) Experience in agile teams Understanding of observability (logs, metrics, tracing) What can you expect from us?• Professional development and constant evolution of your skills, always in line with your interests.
