Sales Operations Specialist Mariell is a leading supplier of bridal jewelry, accessories, and gifts. As a Sales & E-Commerce Operations Manager, you will oversee daily operations of its online sales channels. Manage the Amazon Seller Central account, including listing updates, new product launches, and inventory forecasting/replenishment. Coordinate with advertising agency partners to monitor and optimize Amazon campaigns. Oversee product photography, copy accuracy, pricing, and compliance with Amazon policies. Monitor reviews, customer messages, and feedback; respond promptly and maintain high seller ratings. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in e-commerce, Amazon Seller Central, or online retail operations. They should possess strong organizational skills, written communication, and attention to detail. Proficiency in Amazon Seller Central and at least one e-commerce CMS is essential. Experience working with 3PLs, managing wholesale accounts, or operating in the bridal/fashion/accessories category is desirable.
