Key Responsibilities: Identify Emerging Talent: Utilize social media platforms to discover emerging talent with potential for growth and development. Post Casting Calls: Develop and post casting calls that are engaging, clear, and concise, aligning with the project's creative vision. Screen and Organize Auditions: Carefully review and categorize auditions based on merit, ensuring that only the most suitable candidates proceed to the next stage. Coordinate Auditions: Effectively coordinate auditions between talent, agencies, and managers, streamlining the process to ensure seamless communication and collaboration. Maintain a Robust Database: Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of talent, highlighting their skills, experience, and past work. Collaborate with Performance Managers: Work closely with Performance Managers to validate profiles, guaranteeing that only accurate and reliable information is used in the casting process. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency with casting resources. Additionally, the ability to work independently and as part of a team is crucial, as well as the capacity to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
