All applications with the skills for the position are welcome We are looking for an Amazing: Senior End User Support Specialist – On-site (Brasil, Florianópolis, Santa Catarina) The Amazing You Will Have: Senior-level experience in end user support or IT helpdesk. Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Windows, mac OS (Apple), and Linux/Unix operating systems. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and system issues efficiently. Excellent interpersonal and professional communication skills. Fluent English (C1) – written and spoken, as you will interact daily with an American client. Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work collaboratively in a team and cross-functionally. Why Should You Become Part of Our Family?
