We are looking for a Maintenance Engineer to be part of the manufacturing launch of a well known battery producer in Brazil. Starting no later than January 2024, the first 12 months (max) of this position are going to be made in Poland for training and run at rate of the machines purpose.

Responsibilities

- analysis of failures and problems to determine and eliminate causes (RCA);

- defining preventive actions;

- planning the implementation of preventive measures;

- implementation of prevention;

- modification of machines;

- definition of the list part I Critical;

- Preparation of input for the specification of machines and equipment in terms of automation and control;

- acceptance of machinery and equipment;

- support for Technicians and Employees in diagnosing the causes of failures;

- training of Maintenance employees and technicians;

- contact with external services;

- supervision of technical documentation and department documentation;

- creating and approving job documentation (e.g. AM, PM instructions, etc.);

- implementation of other instructions of the superior;

- close cooperation with the Production, Process Engineering and Quality departments in the field of problem solving and implementation of new products

Qualifications

- higher technical education, preferred Electrical Engineer.

- experience in the position of at least 1 year

- the ability to think analytically

- knowledge of electrical, automatic, pneumatics.

- ability to work in a group

- Certificated to work with high voltage equipments

- PLC programming (Siemens, Mitsubishi)

- English at B2 level

- ability to work under time pressure

  • Able to relocate to Poland for 12 months
