Director of AI Engineering About the Role: The successful candidate will lead the development and deployment of next-generation agentic AI systems, driving innovation through intelligent agents that orchestrate workflows, analyze real-time data, and make strategic decisions. Main Responsibilities: Design and architect scalable, production-grade AI systems leveraging cutting-edge technologies. Create serverless, event-driven workflows using Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Power Automate to enhance efficiency. Build and optimize machine learning models for predictive analytics, anomaly detection, and recommendations using Azure ML, Databricks, and Python to deliver actionable insights. Integrate AI agents with enterprise platforms such as SAP HANA, Salesforce, Snowflake, Kafka, and UiPath to drive business growth. Ensure high availability and reliability through Azure Monitor, logging, and alerting frameworks to maintain system uptime. Leadership Expectations: Mentor junior engineers, promoting a culture of innovation and technical excellence. Collaborate across teams to align on AI strategy and execution, fostering a cohesive approach to AI adoption. Deliver projects on time, meeting quality standards and stakeholder expectations.
