Job Title: SAP Technical Cutover Manager SAP Technical Cutover Managers play a crucial role in ensuring the successful deployment of SAP systems. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating end-to-end SAP technical activities, including localization and deployment tasks. About This Job Your primary objective will be to guide the project team's efforts to go-live with SAP S/4HANA in the RISE private cloud in MS Azure. Key responsibilities include: Co-leading with K-C leadership and PMO to ensure project goals and milestones are met. Leading and coordinating technical SAP localization and deployment tasks throughout the project lifecycle. Collaborating with K-C leadership, project managers, functional leads, technical platform leads, SAP developers, and business stakeholders to complete all technical activities in a pre-planned sequence. Managing traceability between technical requirements, business requirements, completion of deliverables, testing activities, and defect resolution through go-live and into hypercare. Required Skills and Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need: 5+ years of experience in SAP technical cutover management with at least 5 years in a technical cutover or related technical leadership role. Strong understanding of SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, WM, BW, and more) and their integration points. Prior hands-on experience with SAP configuration, development, implementation, troubleshooting, and resolution of technical defects is required. Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
