Job Opportunity We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill an Executive Search Senior Associate role in our organization. Job Responsibilities: The successful candidate will be responsible for building and managing strong candidate pipelines across multiple concurrent searches, conducting structured research, market mapping, sourcing and screening applicants, and leading candidate scoring and initial assessment. Additionally, they will be required to build and manage candidate pipeline, conduct first-round screens to assess fit and motivation, prepare concise candidate summaries and search updates, support client communications and progress check-ins, and coordinate interviews and every other step of the hiring process. Key Skills and Qualifications: To be considered for this position, candidates must possess 3–7+ years of experience in research, consulting, finance, tech, recruiting or similar fields, with experience in or recruiting for Tech or Financial Services being a strong plus. They must also have advanced English language proficiency, as well as native Portuguese, with Spanish being a strong plus. Analytical and structured thinking, strong organization and attention to detail, comfort with ambiguity, bias for action, and strong ownership mindset are essential qualities for this role. A Bachelor's degree is mandatory, and preference will be given to candidates located in Brazil with a remote work arrangement. What You Will Do: Build and manage strong candidate pipelines across multiple concurrent searches. Conduct structured research, market mapping using several tech tools including AI tools and own database. Sourcing, screen applicants. Lead candidate scoring, initial candidate assessment. Build and manage candidate pipeline. Conduct first-round screens to assess fit and motivation. Prepare concise candidate summaries and search updates. Support client communications and progress check-ins. Coordinate interviews and every other step of the hiring process. Research companies, markets, and potential clients. Build prospect lists and market intelligence for the CEO and COO. Bring new ideas, new business development initiatives for the company.
