Job Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Data Engineer to join our team and take on the challenge of building, managing, and optimizing data pipelines. This role requires a strong understanding of data governance, architecture, and security principles. Create, maintain, and optimize data pipelines for various data structures, including data modeling, transformation, schemas, metadata, and workload management. Drive automation through effective metadata management. Participate in ensuring compliance and governance during data use, including maintenance of the data catalog. Collaborate and support data owners and stakeholders around data topics. Ensure proper use of defined data architecture by the Data Factory team. The ideal candidate will have experience with data management architectures, data modeling, designing, building, and managing data pipelines, as well as working with commercial and open-source message queuing technologies. Technical Requirements Strong knowledge of Databricks, Spark, Python, Terraform, SQL, Scala, S3, AWS Glue, AWS Athena, AWS Lambda, AWS Step Functions, big data, and relational databases. Experience with EMR, Gitflow, Agile Methodology, and DevOps. Proficiency in English is required.
