Senior Data Migration Specialist About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Migration Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our data migration team, you will be responsible for managing complex data migration projects from start to finish. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage small teams of data migration specialists on all aspects of data work for process areas/workstreams. Work closely with functional consultants and key customer resources to gather requirements through workshops, build conversion objects, and drive team value through all data project phases. Maintain a strong understanding of business processes for one or more assigned functional area and the ability to quickly learn about new areas. Demonstrate a strong knowledge of underlying technical data structures and definitions of assigned functional process area. Evaluate and contribute to ongoing data migration design for assigned process area through data analysis, reporting, and collaboration with on-site colleagues. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or other technology-related field. Experience in ETL / Data Migration / Data Quality / Data Analysis. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
