Job Description We are seeking a skilled and ambitious professional to join our team as an Inside Sales Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building relationships with customers, and providing exceptional customer service. As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will play a critical role in the success of our business. You will be responsible for researching new markets, identifying potential commercial opportunities, and analyzing import statistics and market data to uncover new prospects. You will also be responsible for engaging with potential customers through calls, emails, and other communication channels, setting up daily meetings with prospects to explore potential collaborations, and gathering relevant market intelligence from customers. Furthermore, you will be responsible for preparing, creating, and sending offers and proformas, managing follow-ups to support the full sales cycle from lead to deal, and assisting in applying for credit limits and monitoring customer credit status. Additionally, you will handle day-to-day communication with prospects and clients, ensure all customer data, requests, and feedback are accurately documented and managed, and support the sales team by maintaining a smooth and organized administrative workflow. Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, International trade, or similar field. At least 1–2 years of experience in a sales or business development role. Knowledge of import/export processes and B2B sales is a strong advantage. Independent, ambitious, commercially minded, proactive, and able to perform under pressure.
