HR Strategist

Job Overview As a vital member of our HR team, this role will focus on developing and implementing human resources strategies across LATAM countries. Collaborate with the HR and Operations team to contribute to the company's vision and attend regular meetings. Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with employees, identify potential issues, resolve conflicts, and maintain a positive work environment. Build strong relationships with employees to deliver exceptional HR services and demonstrate a proactive approach to resolving people-related issues. Key Responsibilities: This role encompasses various key responsibilities, including but not limited to: Work collaboratively with the HR and Operations team to drive business growth and development. Develop and implement effective HR strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention. Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to employees. Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and employee complaints.
