QA Engineer – Automação Mobile (Flutter) Hibrida - Hortolandia - SP DESCRIÇÃO: Estamos em busca de um QA Engineer sênior, com foco em automação mobile, para atuar em produtos digitais da indústria farmacêutica. Procuramos alguém com mentalidade de qualidade desde o início do ciclo de desenvolvimento (Shift Left), domínio técnico e autonomia para propor melhorias e garantir entregas consistentes e escaláveis. Você será responsável por planejar, desenvolver e manter testes automatizados para aplicativos Flutter (Android/iOS), além de validar integrações entre sistemas e APIs. Atuará em estreita colaboração com desenvolvedores, Product Managers e líderes de squad, garantindo critérios de aceite claros, testáveis e alinhados aos objetivos de produto. RESPONSABILIDADES PRINCIPAIS: Planejar, desenvolver e manter testes automatizados para aplicativos Flutter (Android/iOS) Criar e evoluir frameworks de automação utilizando Integration Test, Appium e/ou Flutter Gherkin Garantir cobertura de testes nos fluxos críticos da aplicação Validar comunicações com APIs REST (.NET) e integrações S3 / Glue / Databricks via Postman ou scripts automatizados Elaborar cenários BDD (Given/When/Then) e manter documentação viva Participar dos rituais ágeis (refinamento, planning, review), garantindo critérios de aceite claros e testáveis REQUISITOS TÉCNICOS – OBRIGATÓRIOS: Experiência comprovada com automação de testes em aplicativos Flutter Domínio de ferramentas como Flutter Test, Integration Test, Appium ou Flutter Gherkin Conhecimento em Dart, Page Object Model e boas práticas de automação mobile Experiência com pipelines CI/CD Conhecimento em testes de API (Postman, Newman, PyTest ou REST Assured) Vivência com BDD / Gherkin e estruturação de cenários automatizados Capacidade de validar logs e dados em PostgreSQL / Databricks / S3 SOFT SKILLS: Atenção a detalhes e mentalidade de qualidade desde o início (Shift Left) Comunicação técnica clara com desenvolvedores, Product Owners e líderes de squad Autonomia para investigar falhas em logs, payloads e bancos de dados Perfil colaborativo, proativo e orientado à melhoria contínua
