Senior eCommerce Account Manager About this Opportunity We're seeking an experienced Senior eCommerce Account Manager to join our team and lead a portfolio of high-growth e-commerce clients. You'll be the primary point of contact for your client portfolio, responsible for delivering exceptional account management, strategy, and performance reporting. Your Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship & Communication Develop strong relationships with your clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver timely and effective communication. Account & Performance Ownership Analyse client data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Work closely with our Google Ads Strategists & Media Buyers to ensure campaigns are aligned with client goals. Strategy & Planning Help develop and present quarterly and monthly strategies for client accounts. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to inform your approach. Reporting & Insight Deliver regular performance reports and insights to clients, highlighting areas for improvement. Collaborate with internal teams to action recommendations and drive results. Retention, Growth & Upsell Identify opportunities to grow accounts and increase revenue. Develop and execute retention strategies to maintain long-term client relationships. Your Requirements: 3+ years experience working with e-commerce brands on Google Ads campaigns. Proven track record of managing multiple client accounts simultaneously. Your Skills: Solid understanding of Google Ads: Search, Shopping, Pmax, remarketing. Familiarity with eCom KPIs: ROAS, MER, AOV, CAC, LTV. About You: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. ]]>
