Senior Blockchain Development Manager

Blockchain Leadership Opportunity We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated leader to drive execution, ensure technical excellence, and foster a high-performance culture that delivers reliable, scalable, and high-quality products. This role is responsible for leading a distributed team of software engineers across multiple technical domains. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in driving technical teams through the full product lifecycle in Agile or startup environments. Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and grow a distributed team of software engineers. Drive execution and ensure technical excellence. Foster a high-performance culture. Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 7+ years of software development experience, including 6+ years in an engineering leadership or management role. Familiarity with blockchains such as Ethereum and other blockchains preferred. Experience in modern software development practices such as infrastructure as code, test automation, CI/CD, and containerization. Proven success leading technical teams through the full product lifecycle in Agile or startup environments.
