About the Role Our team is responsible for maintaining and enhancing various foundational technologies that provide real-time protection, as well as RBI and SSPM services. We are a group of software engineers who focus on improving availability, latency, performance, efficiency, change management, monitoring, emergency response, and capacity planning of our engineering stacks. Your contributions to our market-leading product support will significantly impact our rapidly growing global customer base. Required Skills and Qualifications 8+ years of experience troubleshooting Unix/Linux systems. Experience in managing large-scale web operations roles. Experience in one or more of the following programming languages: C, C++, Java, Python, Go, Perl, or Ruby. Hands-on experience with private or public cloud services in a highly available and scalable production environment. Knowledge of algorithms, data structures, complexity analysis, and software design principles. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including listening, speaking, and writing abilities. Ability to work effectively in a diverse, team-focused environment. Leadership experience, collaborating cross-functionally to deliver complex software features and solutions.
