Endpoint Security Expert As a skilled endpoint security professional, you will be responsible for overseeing and directing the patch management and endpoint security operations across various operating systems. Mandatory Requirements: Fluent English communication skills. Effective patch management and endpoint security operation across Windows, macOS, and Linux(Ubuntu). Extensive experience with ManageEngine Endpoint Central (patching third-party software and OS updates) and Palo Alto Cortex XDR agent lifecycle management. Working with Qualys vulnerability reports to remediate vulnerabilities across corporate servers and devices. Performing patching and security remediation on Linux (Ubuntu) servers hosted on cloud platforms. Supporting PaloAlto Prisma Access (GlobalProtect & PAB) client connectivity and troubleshooting. Demonstrating longer tenures in prior roles that show ownership, accountability, and consistency. Key Responsibilities: Patching and updating endpoint devices to ensure they are secure and up-to-date. Implementing and maintaining endpoint security solutions, such as antivirus software and firewalls. Monitoring and analyzing security logs to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities. Collaborating with IT teams to implement and enforce security policies and procedures. Providing support and training to users on endpoint security best practices. Preferred qualifications include: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. At least 2 years of experience in endpoint security administration.
