Lead Data Science Solutions Developer The position involves leading the development of programming solutions to support data analysis and reporting in clinical trials. This is a pivotal role ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and integration of programming solutions into the overall data management process. Develop, validate, and maintain programming solutions for CDMS (EDC systems), data validation outputs, data review/risk management outputs, custom reports, and programs. Collaborate with data managers, project managers, clinical data scientists, and biostatisticians to ensure seamless integration of programming solutions. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, has extensive experience in programming languages such as SAS, R, or Python, and possesses strong problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities: Develop high-quality programming solutions for complex data analysis tasks. Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate programming solutions into the data management process. Design and implement effective data validation processes. Maintain and update existing programming solutions to ensure optimal performance. Required Qualifications: Strong foundation in programming languages such as SAS, R, or Python. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as computer science, mathematics, or statistics.
