Responsabilidades:
- Ser o ponto focal de relacionamento com a equipe do dia a dia do cliente.
- Reportar resultados e entregas interna e externamente.
- Monitorar, analisar e se comunicar com o cliente sobre o andamento operacional do projeto (dia a dia).
- Ser a referência para o cliente e para o time interno na solução de problemas.
- Dar visibilidade de priorizações e demandas entregues, conectando com os objetivos do projeto e do cliente, e desafios.
- Conduzir/Viabilizar os ritos internos e externos com os clientes para garantir a visibilidade nos diferentes níveis de informação e acompanhamento dos pontos relevantes do projeto.
- Conduzir status e acompanhamento das atividades da equipe, monitoramento e endereçamento (quando necessário) em relação ao desempenho no projeto, comunicação e visibilidade sobre feedbacks e evoluções do projeto/cliente.
- Apoiar na construção de propostas de renovação e expansão: identificando escopo, equipe, necessidades e oportunidades e toda visão tática-operacional da proposta.
- Identificar aumento de escopo e/ou novas oportunidades de atuação junto aos clientes atuais.
- Desenvolver profissionais da equipe, atribuindo responsabilidades compatíveis com o potencial de cada um e conectando com desafios de carreira para desenvolver dentro do projeto.
- Oferecer feedbacks construtivos ativamente para o time liderado: orientar e explicitar os pontos de desenvolvimento de cada um.
- Ser referência técnica para a equipe.
Pré-Requisitos:
- Boa organização de tarefas e técnicas de priorização.
- Profundo conhecimento em Digital Analytics e Marketing Digital.
- Experiência em gerenciamento de projetos de comunicação digital e análises de campanhas e negócio - campanhas de mídia digital e offline, analytics, funcionamento técnico de ferramentas de marketing, social media, CRM, etc.
- Raciocínio lógico e matemático estruturado, conhecimento de estatística.
Diferenciais:
- Inglês avançado/fluente.
- Conhecimento de Ferramentas Google: Google Analytics, Google AdWords, GTM.
- Conhecimento de Ferramentas Adobe: Adobe Analytics, Adobe Audience Manager, Adobe Campaign.
- Experiência com operação de Tag Managers e instalação de tags de mídia, analytics e ferramentas para marketing digital.
- Conhecimento em tecnologias web, como programação JavaScript.
- Conhecimento em projetos de Big Data.
- Conhecimento em banco de dados com experiência em SQL e DataWarehouse, como Google BigQuery e outros.
- Conhecimento Avançado em Testes A/B, Multivariáveis e Personalização de Conteúdo.
- Conhecimento Avançado sobre Análises Multicanal e Atribuição de mídia on e offline.
- Conhecimento em Data Visualization e Ferramentas de Dashboards como LookerStudio, Power BI, Tableau, Qlik Sense e outras.
- Conhecimento conceitual e ferramental sobre DMPs (Data Management Platforms) e CDPs (Customer Data Platforms).
- Experiência em gestão de pessoas.
