Operations Insights Specialist We're seeking an experienced Operations Insights professional to deliver high-impact insights that drive end-to-end operations. Analyze, understand, and quantify key operational efficiency metrics. Design, implement, and report on item-level data throughout receiving, authentication, launch, and outbound workflows. Provide daily reporting and product-health measurements to support business decision-making. Communicate insights clearly and effectively to partner teams and leadership. Collaborate with analytics experts to optimize processes and uncover opportunities for growth. This role will engage with nearly all aspects of a growing business to measure performance, identify opportunities, and drive alignment toward the most impactful operational improvements. Mandatory Skills: 5+ years of analytics experience. Expert-level proficiency in SQL. 5+ years working with BI tools such as MicroStrategy, Tableau, Looker, etc. Strong ability to translate practical business problems into technical solutions. Proven experience delivering time-sensitive strategic projects involving methodology development, analysis, recommendations, and executive presentation. Demonstrated ability to thrive in ambiguous environments. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in eCommerce or logistics industries. This is a 100% remote position that can be done from anywhere with internet access.
