-Position Overvie w: We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive with a strong background in prospecting and sales within the headhunting, direct placement, or staffing industries. The ideal candidate will leverage their existing relationships to drive new business and expand our client base in the Brazil market, particularly focusing on midmarket companies

Key Responsibilities

  • Selling HR service
  • Staffing service
  • Identify and engage potential clients through proactive prospecting effort
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in midmarket companie
  • Leverage existing network to generate new business opportunitie
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored staffing solution
  • Collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure successful placement of candidate
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategie

Qualification

  • Proven experience as a prospector (hunter) with a track record of successful sales in headhunting or staffin
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skill
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • 3years + experience
  • English
