Senior Financial Strategist We are seeking a skilled Senior Financial Strategist to join our team. This is a high-impact role where you will serve as a key partner to senior executives, helping to drive business growth and steer financial decisions. About the Role: Partner directly with functional leaders to develop and execute business strategies. Lead financial performance management, including rolling forecasts and financial steering. Analyze and advise on business cases, investments, and commercial strategies. Own and improve financial planning processes. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify operational bottlenecks and propose solutions. Contribute to long-term planning initiatives. Ensure compliance and risk alignment while embedding agile finance systems. Balance strategic conversations with hands-on finance operations. Requirements: Completed bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field (CPA/CMA/CA is a plus). Master's degree is a plus. 7–10 years' experience in finance, consulting, or audit-ideally within multinational organizations. Strong strategic acumen with hands-on experience in budgeting, forecasting, and business planning. Proven success in business partnering roles-working alongside execs and cross-functional teams to drive real outcomes. Ability to influence without authority, simplify complex financial topics, and communicate clearly in fluent English.
