About the Role You will be a key contributor to our engineering team, responsible for designing and evolving a platform that enables advertisers to create, manage, and measure campaigns at scale. This role builds on existing infrastructure, ensuring reliability, performance, and a seamless developer experience for internal teams. Key Responsibilities: Design and maintain scalable backend services supporting a global ad platform. Own critical infrastructure across Python, Go, and Kafka ecosystems. Architect APIs and data models used company-wide. Develop monitoring, alerting, and operational tools for mission-critical systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve performance and scalability. Requirements 5+ years building scalable backend systems in production. Strong experience with Python and/or Go. Deep understanding of distributed systems, databases, and API design. Experience with AWS or GCP and infrastructure as code. Familiarity with service-oriented architecture and microservices. Passion for code quality, testing frameworks, and developer tooling.
