**Job Title:** Senior Software Architect We are seeking an experienced software architect to lead our engineering team and drive the development of high-quality software. Key Responsibilities: Lead technical strategy and vision for the engineering team Mentor senior engineers and developers in technical leadership skills Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver business outcomes Manage stakeholder relationships to ensure successful project delivery Develop and implement software solutions that meet business requirements Requirements: 8+ years of experience as a Senior Engineer or Technical Lead 9+ years of experience in Java development and working in Spring Boot frameworks 1-2+ years of experience working in a retail environment Experience working with Product Information Management (PIM) platforms Experience building Microservices using Spring frameworks and deploying to cloud environments Hands-on experience in API development and integration Working knowledge of database and storage systems Experience in event-driven/message-oriented middleware architecture Demonstrated ability in building and leading technical teams Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Nice to Have Skills: Experience in leading engineering projects and integrating PIM platforms
