We are seeking a highly skilled Power BI developer to own our client's reporting process from start to finish. This involves working closely with business stakeholders to identify key performance indicators and create actionable dashboards that drive informed decision-making. Key Responsibilities Develop interactive Power BI dashboards that provide clear insights into business operations Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define KPIs Perform data modeling, ETL, and data transformation using Power Query Validate data accuracy and conduct thorough testing of dashboards Requirements Proven expertise in Power BI (visuals, DAX, Power Query, modeling) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to translate complex business needs into intuitive dashboards Experience with ETL / data preparation Nice to Have Skills SQL experience Knowledge of KPI frameworks or BI process design The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Power BI and a strong understanding of business operations.
