We're seeking a seasoned expert to design and implement cutting-edge data pipelines and ingestion processes. This individual will work closely with analytics, AI/data science, and product teams to understand data requirements and service level agreements. Key responsibilities include implementing and optimizing extract, transform, load/extract, load, transform workflows, designing and evolving data models and curated layers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality data solutions. Design and build scalable data pipelines and ingestion processes. Implement and optimize ETL/ELT workflows. Develop and maintain data models and curated layers. Collaborate with analysts, ML engineers, and product teams. A successful candidate should have strong expertise in SQL, including advanced joins, common table expressions, window functions, and performance tuning, as well as experience building ETL/ELT pipelines using modern orchestration tools like Airflow or Dagster. Familiarity with programming languages such as Python for data processing and pipeline development is also required. Additionally, experience working with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP, and data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, PostgreSQL, or similar, is highly valued. Strong communication skills, the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and advanced English proficiency (B2+) are essential qualifications for this role.
