About the opportunity: Remote We are seeking a motivated DevOps Engineer to support our cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines in a dynamic environment leveraging Kubernetes, AWS, GCP, Postgres, and Terraform. In this role, you will participate in automating infrastructure provisioning, managing containerized applications, and maintaining CI/CD workflows to ensure smooth and scalable deployments. You will work closely with senior engineers to troubleshoot issues, implement best practices, and enhance system reliability and performance across multi-cloud platforms. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your skills in a fast-paced, collaborative DevOps environment. This contract position is open to remote candidates outside the United States in North/South America and will report to the Sr. Manager of DevOps Engineering. Skills/Experience: Minimum Requirements: -4-6 years experience in SRE, DevOps, or similar role -Experience with cloud provider platforms such as AWS or GCP -Experience with relational databases (e.g., Postgres, MySQL)-Familiarity with Kubernetes - Experience with GitOps CI/CD tools (e.g., Harness, Argo, Flux, Jenkins)- Familiarity with declarative infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation, Pulumi)-Exposure to logging, monitoring, metrics collection, and observability tools (e.g., DataDog, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, CloudWatch)- Collaboration with other engineers working primarily in PST Desired Skills (Nice to Haves): - Experience with software development and automation in languages beyond shell scripting (e.g., golang, python, elixir, java, etc.)- Experience with platform development of tools for development, staging, and integration environments - Experience with debugging performance or networking issues in applications running on Kubernetes - Experience with audit compliance (e.g., SOX, SOC2, ISO27001, PCI DSS)- Working knowledge of UNIX-based Operating Systems -Computer Science or Engineering degree Avenue Code reinforces its commitment to privacy and to all the principles guaranteed by the most accurate global data protection laws, such as GDPR, LGPD, CCPA and CPRA.
