Process Optimization Specialist About the Role: We're looking for a Process Optimization Specialist to transform our People Team's operations through technology, automation, and intelligent systems. Evaluate, document, and improve workflows across the employee lifecycle (recruiting, onboarding, development, engagement, and offboarding). Identify automation opportunities using tools like Zapier, Workato, Power Automate, or internal HRIS systems. Partner with stakeholders to reduce manual work, streamline approvals, and improve process accuracy. Implement AI-driven workflows that enhance response times and reduce operational bottlenecks. Design and maintain chatbots to handle routine inquiries and FAQs. Analyse chatbot performance to improve accuracy, tone, and efficiency. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure proper integration between HR systems and conversational AI platforms. Build and manage centralized knowledge bases that support employees and managers. Key Responsibilities: Develop structured documentation practices to ensure consistency and ease of information retrieval. Implement taxonomy and tagging systems that enable quick search and smart recommendations. Define and track key metrics related to process efficiency, automation adoption, and employee experience. Use data and feedback to prioritize initiatives and communicate impact to leadership. Qualifications: 3-5+ years of experience in HR operations, process improvement, or business automation. Strong understanding of HR workflows, systems, and employee experience design. Hands-on experience with automation platforms and/or AI assistants or chatbot builders. Familiarity with HRIS platforms.
