Role Overview We are seeking a visionary and hands-on Design & Innovation Lead to become the beating heart of our Pace Port. You will be the chief advocate for human-centered design, responsible for leading clients and cross-functional teams through the end-to-end innovation journey. You will not just facilitate workshops; you will orchestrate breakthrough moments that redefine industries and create measurable business impact. Key Responsibilities · Facilitation & Discovery: Lead and facilitate dynamic, high-impact design thinking workshops, design sprints, and co-creation sessions with senior client stakeholders to uncover deep user needs and business pain points. · Problem Framing: Synthesize complex information from research and workshops to reframe business challenges into actionable, human-centered problem statements and "How Might We" questions. · Conceptualization & Prototyping: Translate abstract ideas into tangible concepts. Create low and high-fidelity wireframes, interactive prototypes (using Figma), and service blueprints to communicate vision and test hypotheses rapidly. · Service Design: Design end-to-end service experiences and business models, considering all touchpoints, user journeys, and back-stage processes to ensure solutions are viable, feasible, and desirable. · Client Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor to clients on their innovation and digital transformation journeys, demonstrating the value of design thinking and user-centricity. · Ecosystem Collaboration: Work seamlessly with TCS technical leads, researchers, and domain experts, as well as external partners from startups and academia, to build holistic solutions. Qualifications & Skills · Must-Have: · Proven experience in a design thinking, service design, or UX strategy role, preferably within a consulting, innovation agency, or corporate innovation lab. · Mastery of virtual and in-person collaboration tools such as Mural, Miro, or Fig Jam. · Expertise in prototyping and design tools, primarily Figma. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is a plus. · A strong portfolio showcasing your facilitation skills, design process, and examples of how your work led to tangible business outcomes. · Exceptional storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade C-level executives and large groups. · Fluency in Portuguese and English. · Ideal Candidate: · Has experience working in or with major industries in the LATAM region (e.g., Finance, Agribusiness, Retail). · Understands the fundamentals of business strategy and can articulate the ROI of design. · Is a systems thinker who can connect user experience to business processes and technology architecture. · Thrives in ambiguity and is adept at managing multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. · Is a natural leader and mentor, eager to elevate the design practice within the Pace Port and beyond. >>>> What do we offer?
