Microwave technical support engineer

We are seeking an experienced Microwave technical support engineer to join our team. The main responsibilities of this position include commissioning, testing, and optimizing microwave equipment to ensure that the product meets technical specifications and quality standards.

Main Responsibilities:

1) Microwave Equipment commissioning: microwave components and systems commissioning to ensure their performance meets design requirements.

2) Testing and Analysis: Perform microwave signal testing, analyze test results, and identify and solve potential problems.

3) Technical Support: Provide technical support to solve problems encountered during production and testing.

4) Document Management: Write and maintain test reports, debugging records, and technical documents.

5) Equipment Maintenance: Regularly maintain and calibrate test equipment to ensure its normal operation.

6) Continuous Improvement: Participate in improvement projects to optimize the debugging process and improve efficiency and quality.

7) Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree or above in electronic engineering, communication engineering, physics, or related fields.

Work Experience:

At least 4 years of experience in microwave debugging or related fields and those with relevant industry experience are preferred.

Skill Requirements:

1) Familiar with microwave theory and microwave circuit design.

Proficient in using microwave test equipment such as network analyzers, power meters, and oscilloscopes.

2) Have good debugging, troubleshooting, and analysis skills.

Familiar with the working principles of common microwave components and systems (such as amplifiers, filters, antennas, etc.).

3) Software skills: Familiar with common engineering calculation software and simulation tools (such as ADS, HFSS, etc.).

4) Communication skills: Good English communication skills, able to work with cross-departmental teams and provide technical support.

5) Teamwork: Have a good teamwork spirit and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced work environment.

6) Meticulous: Have a rigorous work attitude and meticulous work habits.
