Agile Team Facilitator This role involves facilitating Agile teams in dynamic environments to ensure seamless collaboration and efficient delivery of projects. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products, prioritizing tasks, and managing dependencies effectively. Liaise with stakeholders to ensure transparent communication and alignment with project goals. Analyze team performance metrics and implement actionable insights to drive continuous improvement. Coach teams in Agile principles and Scrum practices, promoting ownership, collaboration, and continuous learning. Requirements: Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM, PMI-ACP) , or a related Agile certification, is strongly preferred. 5–7+ years of experience working with Agile teams in dynamic or enterprise environments. Proven success in facilitating cross-functional collaboration and guiding teams through complex initiatives. Skills: Excellent communication skills to influence, coach, and present confidently at all levels. Strong background in hybrid delivery environments integrating Agile and traditional practices. Demonstrated experience in vendor relationship management and external partnerships.
