Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Mobile Developer to design and maintain our flagship health monitoring mobile application. The ideal candidate will lead the development of cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter/Dart for iOS and Android, ensuring seamless integration with various hardware components. Beyond mere functionality, the successful candidate will optimize Bluetooth connectivity, addressing battery life challenges and guaranteeing reliable overnight data collection. To enhance user experience, we expect the chosen developer to introduce features such as in-app payments, notifications, and customer support. A key responsibility will be managing the release process for both Apple App Store and Google Play Store submissions. In addition, the selected candidate will collaborate with backend developers on Azure-hosted .NET services, contributing to backend development when necessary. Prioritizing security and compliance, the successful developer will ensure adherence to health data protection standards. This role demands technical leadership while working independently within the team. About the Role We require an experienced professional with proven expertise in software development, proficient in languages like Dart and familiar with cross-platform frameworks. Familiarity with mobile app development best practices, especially regarding performance optimization and smooth UI/UX. Able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including designers and product managers. Strong understanding of cloud-based services, particularly Azure-hosted solutions. Experienced in testing methodologies and CI/CD pipelines. Demonstrated ability to manage projects from conception to launch, prioritizing timely delivery while maintaining quality.
