International HR Partnership Role This is an exceptional opportunity to join a fast-growing organization as a Human Resources Business Partner. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with business leaders to develop efficient organizational structures and ensure alignment of goals within the management team. Conduct regular organizational diagnostics to identify key challenges and proactively address solutions. Strategic Talent Development: Utilize talent review, development, and co-creation facilitation methods to focus on recruiting, training, developing, and advancing key talents. Provide strong support for talent pipelines and help build succession plans for business departments. Culture Implementation and Engagement: Drive the implementation and promotion of corporate culture and values within the department. Organize employee engagement and care activities to communicate company philosophy and values, strengthening team cohesion and morale. Business Partnership: Gain in-depth understanding of international business strategies. Participate in strategy formulation and execution, and develop tailored HR plans to achieve both short-term and long-term business objectives. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or above, with over 3 years of HR experience; experience supporting international teams preferred. Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills; able to communicate efficiently with international teams and partners. Strong logical thinking and learning ability, solid HR fundamentals, self-driven, curious, and able to work under pressure.
