Job Opportunity We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Legal Intake Specialist. Key Responsibilities: This is a full-time remote position requiring the individual to manage initial client interactions, gather necessary information, and ensure a positive client experience during their first point of contact. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential to engage effectively with diverse individuals. Experience in client intake and customer service is necessary to manage inquiries, gather information, and provide exceptional client support. Fluency in Portuguese and English is required, and the ability to communicate in Spanish is also necessary. Requirements: To be considered for this opportunity, candidates must possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Additionally, candidates should have experience working in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple priorities, and meeting deadlines. Fluency in Microsoft Office Suite is also highly desirable.
