Work Schedule:
- Part-time or Full-time available.
- Minimum of 15 hours per week.

Responsibilities of the Role:
Project Coordination(Construction & Development):
- Manage the permitting process, ensuring timely submission of plans and documents for construction projects.
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, and engineers to meet project deadlines and comply with regulations.
- Monitor project milestones and ensure smooth project execution.
Administrative Support:
- Handle administrative tasks such as contract drafting and document management.
- Provide support to the accounting team for tax filings, payroll, and invoice management.
Communication Management:
- Act as the point of contact for various stakeholders including city officials, contractors, and clients.
- Ensure smooth communication flow between team members and external partners.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
- Experience in construction project coordination or architecture.
- Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and communication streams.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with property management software and MLS platforms.
- Familiarity with city regulations for construction permitting.
