Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement supply chain strategies to ensure timely and efficient product delivery. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply plans with business demands. Analyze market data, consumer trends, and supply chain performance to identify improvement opportunities and mitigate risks. Manage relationships with strategic suppliers, negotiate contracts, monitor performance, and ensure product quality. Implement continuous improvement processes in the supply chain to reduce costs, optimize inventory, and increase operational efficiency. Requirements and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or related field; MBA or post-graduate degree is preferred. Solid experience in supply chain management in consumer goods industries, focusing on supply planning, demand planning, and inventory management. Advanced skills in data analysis, planning tools, and ERP systems. Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and multicultural environment. Fluency in multiple languages including English.
