Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Organizational Development Professional to join our team. As an integral part of our organization, you will play a key role in driving business success through strategic partnerships, talent development, and cultural implementation. Organize and drive organizational diagnostics to identify key issues and challenges, and proactively follow up on solutions. Develop and implement tailored HR plans to achieve both short- and long-term business objectives. Utilize talent review, development, and co-creation facilitation methods to focus on the recruitment, training, development, and advancement of key talents. Implement and promote corporate culture and values within the department. Key Responsibilities Conduct regular assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages collaboration and innovation. Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment. Requirements Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources or a related field. At least 3 years of experience in HR, preferably supporting international teams. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English.
