Human Resources Manager for Brazil Plant We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team in Sete Lagoas, Brazil. About the Role This is a leadership position responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, managing local trends and needs, and building a diverse and inclusive ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have experience in talent management, succession planning, and compensation and total rewards. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement HR programs and plans on an annual basis in alignment with HR strategy defined by CHRO and corporate directives. Manage staff and recruiting processes, implement compensation and reward strategy, and ensure consistency with organizational model. Analyze country-specific trends and share actionable insights with regional/corporate teams to contribute to definition of sustainable and competitive actions and strategic targets. Ensure execution of corporate global and local guidelines and procedures, implement corrective and preventive actions to ensure full alignment and compliance with local law. Execute performance management, training, and development programs defined by HR Center of Expertise and provide prompt and accurate feedback. Recruit, develop, and retain resources, cultivate high potential talents, and enable succession plans. Plan how to cover vacant local positions, implement job enlargement, rotation, and enrichment in line with legal requirements, procedures, budget, business, and organization model. Create an inclusive environment and adopt open-door policy, encouraging employees to speak up as key to success. Provide guidance on HR processes, solve issues in line with legal, HR&Organization, and business strategy. Ensure employee relationship management respects relevant legal and Labour contract requirements, development, compensation, and benefit guidelines practices, in adherence with company governances. Requirements: 5 years proven experience gained in Human Resources management and +2 years as HR Plant Manager, within international companies. Proficiency in English (speaking and writing in English is 40% of daily routine). Graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or Psychology. Knowledge of Talent Management and succession planning techniques. Knowledge of Compensation and Total Reward techniques, methodologies, tools. Knowledge of HR Management, employment-related laws, trade unions organizing and management. Knowledge of human resources information systems (HRIS). Change Management. Knowledge of Product and Production: process, features techniques. Data Analysis and performances metrics: methodologies, techniques, tools, and applications. Budget management and cost control knowledge. Live in Sete Lagoas (work in presence is mandatory). Preferred Qualifications: Advanced knowledge in Excel and Power BI. Experience with WCM.
