Mathematics Teacher Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled Mathematics teacher to join our Secondary team. The ideal candidate will have experience teaching the MYP and/or DP in an international school context. Main Responsibilities: Participate in collaborative planning, preparation, and organisation of teaching and learning based on the IB Myp and DP Programmes, to reflect individual students' needs; Plan and deliver IB-aligned lessons in the Myp section and possibly also in the DP, as well as supporting the IB DP Core components, including CAS, the Extended Essay, and Theory of Knowledge; Apply the best pedagogical practice, based on a detailed knowledge of a range of appropriate teaching and learning strategies curated for the Myp/DP classroom; Be enthusiastic about professional development and show a commitment to developing your practice and that of your colleagues; Support all learners based on their individual needs and liaise with relevant professionals where necessary; Participate in the Pastoral team in Secondary School and engage with the holistic nature of learning in the school; Liaise with Heads of Faculty, the Myp Coordinator, the DP Coordinator, the Head of Secondary, and the Personalised Learning team. Required Skills and Qualifications: Fluency in English (verbal and written); A relevant degree in the subject and an internationally recognised teaching qualification; Experience teaching the Myp and/or DP in an international school context; Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills; A commitment to inquiry-based learning and alignment with the school's vision and mission.
