About the Job: We are seeking a skilled professional to fill a critical role in our finance and technology team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in financial planning and analysis, as well as experience with SAP BPC and SAC systems. Key Responsibilities: Bridge the gap between finance and technology by effectively translating financial requirements into system configurations for planning, reporting, and forecasting. Ensure system-driven financial accuracy by understanding financial data flows, hierarchies, and consolidation logic. Apply financial acumen to validate system outputs and ensure financial integrity in reporting. Develop root-cause resolution capabilities to reverse-engineer financial reports with data issues and coordinate fixes with IT or finance accordingly. Requirements: FP&A expertise with a deep understanding of P&L drivers, budgeting logic, and variance analysis. Experience with SAP BPC and SAC systems, including configuration and customization.
