About the role

We're looking for a data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist who loves experimenting, optimizing, and scaling growth. If you enjoy testing landing pages, tweaking ads, and finding the winning formula that drives conversions, this role is for you.

What you'll do:

  • Manage and optimize Facebook Ads & Google Ads campaigns with a focus on ROI.
  • Create ad copies using a design tool. (Photoshop, Canva, Figma etc)
  • Build and iterate on landing pages (WordPress + Elementor), testing buttons, hero texts, CTAs, and layouts.
  • Run A/B tests & experiments to improve conversion rates continuously.
  • Track, analyze, and report performance using Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and other CRO tools .

What we're looking for:

  • Proven expertise in Facebook Ads Manager & Google Ads .
  • Strong knowledge of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and A/B testing.
  • An analytical mindset with comfort in tools like GA4, GTM, Hotjar, or Mixpanel.
  • Creative problem solver who thrives on experimentation and iteration.
  • Hands-on experience with WordPress & Elementor .

Nice to have:

  • SEO basics
  • Basic HTML/CSS
  • Understanding of UI/UX principles for better user journeys.
    • This is a remote position.
    • Must be able to work between (9AM-6PM EST).
    • Hiring interviews will be conducted online.
