PhilSocial is looking for a seasoned Full-Stack Developer to lead the development of its blockchain-powered Give-to-Earn platform. This visionary individual will be responsible for architecting and implementing scalable, high-performance systems using React Native, Python, and FastAPI. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop new features and modules for the PhilSocial mobile app using React Native and Python. Maintain and refactor existing code to ensure scalability, performance, and security. Implement RESTful and asynchronous APIs using FastAPI, aligned with Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and Hexagonal Architecture principles. Collaborate with designers, blockchain engineers, and backend specialists to create seamless user experiences. Requirements: Frontend/Mobile: Proficiency in React Native, Zustand, MMKV, React Query, and TypeScript. Backend: Experience with FastAPI, Pydantic, Async I/O, DDD, SOLID principles, and Hexagonal architecture. Nice to Have: Familiarity with Web3/Blockchain integrations and smart contracts or Solid protocol. Leadership Skills: Ability to design and implement scalable systems. Experience leading teams of 2–8 developers with accountability for delivery. Clear communication, mentoring, and Agile mindset.
