Shopify Expert Wanted We are looking for a highly skilled Shopify Developer to join our team. This is a remote contract position that requires you to be highly motivated and have excellent problem-solving skills. You will work on building robust, scalable, and secure Shopify cloud solutions and associated products. This includes designing, implementing, and optimizing APIs and front-end development using modern JavaScript frameworks. Key Responsibilities: Cloud Implementation and Management Design, implement, and optimize Shopify cloud solutions and associated products, ensuring scalability, security, and efficiency while collaborating with the IT security team for compliance. API and Frontend Development Develop robust and secure RESTful APIs for integration and external communications, and maintain the frontend of the Distributor Vendor Tool using modern JavaScript frameworks, ensuring responsive and optimal user experiences. Collaboration and Project Management Work with project managers, UX/UI designers, and developers for clear communication and project alignment, participate in code reviews, and maintain solution documentation. Testing, Quality Assurance, and Continuous Improvement Develop and execute testing plans, use automated testing frameworks for continuous integration, stay updated with the latest technologies, and lead innovation initiatives to enhance digital products. About You: We are looking for a candidate who has a strong background in software engineering, development, and e-commerce solution architecture. You should have extensive experience with Shopify (Ver 2+), including checkout experience, content management, and involvement in at least one full-scale project. A Bachelor's degree is required, and relevant certifications are a plus. You should also have proficiency in API technologies (SOAP, REST), Middleware tools (e.g., Cast Iron, MuleSoft), web application design and analysis, and object-oriented design. Your expertise in customizing Shopify's front-end components using layout XML, blocks, components, templates, and React is a must. We also require knowledge of integrating Shopify with enterprise ERP systems and utilizing third-party web services. In addition, you should have comprehensive understanding of Store Catalog processes and Sales Orders processes.
