Responsabilidades:
- Planejar, executar e gerenciar a migração de Tableau para Power BI.
- Realizar análises de requisitos e desenvolver dashboards e relatórios em Power BI.
- Integrar fontes de dados e otimizar o desempenho das soluções.
- Treinar equipes internas e fornecer suporte contínuo.
- Trabalhar com stakeholders para garantir que a migração atenda às necessidades de negócio.
Requisitos:
- Experiência com Power BI e Tableau.
- Forte conhecimento em SQL, modelagem de dados e processos ETL.
- Habilidades em gerenciamento de projetos e comunicação com stakeholders.
- Experiência com Azure e governança de dados.
- Conhecimento profundo das diferenças entre Tableau e Power BI, incluindo integrações, visualizações, fontes de dados e limitações de ambas as plataformas.
- Proficiência em Power BI Desktop e Power BI Service, incluindo criação de dashboards, relatórios interativos, modelagem de dados, DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) e Power Query.
- Experiência sólida com Tableau, tanto na parte de construção de relatórios como na administração da plataforma.
- Experiência com design, desenvolvimento e operações que aproveita profundo conhecimento no uso de serviços como Amazon Kinesis, Apache Kafka, Apache Spark, Amazon Sagemaker, Amazon EMR, tecnologias NoSQL e outras 3rd parties;
- Desenvolver e definir as principais perguntas de negócios e criar conjuntos de dados que respondam a essas perguntas;
- Experiência em implementação de plataforma de dados, vivência prática em implementação e ajuste de desempenho de implementações Kinesis/Kafka/Spark/Storm;
- Experiência com soluções analíticas aplicadas às necessidades de Marketing ou Risco das empresas;
- Noções básicas de fundamentos de aprendizado de máquina. Capacidade de usar modelos de Machine Learning e implementá-los como parte do pipeline de dados;
- Experiência com uma ou mais ferramentas relevantes (Flink, Spark, Sqoop, Flume, Kafka, Amazon Kinesis);
- Experiência no desenvolvimento de código de software em uma ou mais linguagens de programação (Java, JavaScript, Python, etc);
Diferenciais:
- Certificação AWS.
- Certificação em Tableau ou experiência avançada com a plataforma.
- Certificação em Power BI (Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate) ou similar
- Modelagem de Dados (lakes, lakehouses e data warehouses)
