Responsabilidades:
- Gerenciar a relação com uma carteira de clientes, atuando como consultor e facilitador na resolução de problemas e na aplicação de soluções.
- Desenvolver e implementar planos de ação personalizados para maximizar o sucesso e a satisfação do cliente.
- Acompanhar métricas de desempenho e engajamento dos clientes, realizando análises para identificar oportunidades de melhoria contínua.
- Colaborar com equipes internas (como Produto e Suporte) para garantir uma experiência fluida e resolver desafios apresentados pelos clientes.
- Facilitar treinamentos e sessões de onboarding para novos clientes, assegurando que compreendam plenamente nossas soluções.
- Coletar feedback dos clientes e contribuir para a melhoria de produtos e processos, com foco em aumentos de retenção e satisfação.
Requisitos:
- Formação superior em Administração, Marketing, Tecnologia da Informação ou áreas correlatas.
- Experiência anterior em Customer Success, Suporte Técnico ou áreas afins, com mínimo de 2 anos de atuação.
- Capacidade de análise de dados e métricas, com habilidade para gerar relatórios e insights.
- Comunicação clara e efetiva, tanto escrita quanto verbal, com habilidade para construir relacionamentos duradouros.
- Proatividade e forte orientação para resultados.
- Domínio de ferramentas de CRM
Diferenciais:
- Certificações em metodologias de Customer Success ou áreas relacionadas.
